The Irish operation was founded by John O'Leary in 2012. Since then, InnaLabs® has developed into an internationally renowned high-tech company for Space, Aerospace, Land, Marine and Emerging Technology Markets. Our high-performance accelerometers, gyroscopes and systems meet the stringent requirements of customers for precision guidance, stabilisation, navigation and orientation applications.
Today, InnaLabs® attracts skilled scientists, industrialists, automation and electronics experts who bring together a wealth of experience and expertise to develop inertial solutions that excite both customers and employees. The company has successfully patented many of its unique design solutions which have attracted many business sectors. InnaLabs has used the fertile R&D ecosystem here in Ireland for its advantage in the pursuit of solving technical uncertainty which has resulted in creating a leader in inertial systems.

John founded the Irish Operation in 2012. John came to the company with a background in the full product development lifecycle. He has grown the company from start-up to SME with world-class volume manufacturing now supplying some of Europes primes customers. John is a Member of InnaLabs Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the company's day-to-day activities and execution of the company’s long term strategy.
James is also a key member of the founding team. He implemented the Quality Management System for InnaLabs®, which has successfully passed many prime customer audits. James is responsible for the full company compliance, he is the company's qualified Lead Auditor, Company Secretary for all legal matters and is responsible for our systems and standards of control.
