The 19th Saint Petersburg International Conference on Integrated Navigation Systems (19th ICINS 2012) is held by the State Research Center of the Russian Federation - Concern Central Scientific and Research Institute Elektropribor, JSC.

This annual conference has become a traditional meeting place for the exchange of ideas between scientists and engineers involved in navigation, motion control and guidance all over the world.

The Conference does not cover the issues related to military and technical cooperation, development of military technologies and weapon specimens and military hardware.
